The main sliding block is machined from bar stock materials fitted with a nylon 66 insert for smooth operation. The net head slides down the handle shaft locking in the open working position.

The net can be carried out of the way on the back, this minimizes the inconvenience of carrying a net - it is held by a cord across the chest, released by a quick keyhole plate to bring the net into action single handed.

The 20in/50cm net is particularly popular for Sea Trout and Grilse and also includes long shaft terminating in a spike. Strong knotless mesh is standard.
