A classic example of we lead and others follow, HBS to our knowledge were the first to produce designated Pop-ups and Pellet Hook baits. The thinking behind these products is how many pellets get eaten in our lakes and rivers every year as opposed to how many fish get caught on pellets. i.e. most people will be using a PVA bag of pellets with a boilie as a hook bait.

We have witnessed many times carp eating all the pellets and leaving the boilie hook bait which lead to this product. Now you can use a pellet as a hook bait with out worrying about it dissolving and you being left with an empty rig. We kid you not, if this method has not been tried on your chosen venues then be the first to get on it – you will not be disappointed. Owing to the very high oil content of these hook baits between trips please keep in the freezer.
