Len and Lee are accompanied on the trip by well known angler Dave Woods and their three lovely partners on what was to turn out to be a trip of a lifetime. Nearly all the events in this DVD were filmed using a hand held camera by Len who has never appeared in any of his previous productions and who was in for a very big surprise. Set in 17 acres of paradise amongst stunning 2,000 feet high lime Karsts and surrounded by national park you will find Gillham's Lake. At nine acres it is stocked with at least 30 different species of huge Thai and Amazon fish. Home of two IGFA world records with at least 14 species known to exceed existing world records, it contains fish to 400lbs with at least six species over 100lbs including arapaima, Siamese carp, Mekong catfish (world record), Chao Phraya catfish (world record), giant stingray and wallago leeri. The lake was designed and is run by well known big fish specialists Stuart and his son Sean. Between them they have over 75 years of fishing experience at the very top level of the game. In 2005 Stuart and Sean left the UK to build their dream fishery in Krabi, Thailand. Completed in March 2007, they opened the doors to the angling world in September of that year. Many of the world's top specialist anglers fish at this unique fishing resort; Stuart and Sean's personal friend list reads like the who's who of the big fish world.
